I ordered Davioff cool water. But I found only water in the bottle. Did not find a little smell. I had to return the parcel and paid 18 euro for postage cost. They only returned my product cost. Never again
I do not believe the perfumes are genuine. I ordered a Jean Paul guiltier original for my mother (this is her signature perfume). When I received it I compared it to one I had purchased from the high street and the difference in colour was significantly lighter I was shocked. If you purchase this perfume regularly you would know they can differ slightly in colour but not to this extreme. It looked like water with a scent, it was either not genuine or had been watered down. The smell was the same but the staying power didn't last long at all (maybe 2 hours). I called up on the day I received the item to state my concerns and the customer service rep just said return it so that's what I did. I will give them one star for the fact the return process was easy for me and the money arrived back in my account within a week of sending it back. I will not be purchasing from them ever again.
Photo attached is the high street one on the left and fragrance direct on the right ( I'm aware the curtain behind the high street one is darker but to the naked eye it made no difference the fragrance direct perfume is significantly lighter regardless)

The bad reviews boggled my mind! The delivery was quick (royal mail special delivery) & the products are definitely authentic.
Box seemed genuine and was wrapped in cellophane. The bottle was made of acrylic and had rough edges. I've been using Hugo Boss Femme for years but this smelt nothing like it. Washed it off after ten minutes. I certainly wouldn't buy from them again.
I was very happy with my purchase and the short delivery time it took to get to me. The delivery tracking service was fast, efficient. I will definitely use this company again.

EXTREMELY disappointed! New customer & I’m really disappointed the fact I’m having such an appalling experience first time round. 3 days since I placed my order and it’s STILL processing! Will be the first & last time I use this site. DO NOT USE!!!!!
Placed a order in Dec 2020, confirmed, paid, waited 5 weeks-- FRAGRANCE DIRECT cancelled at the end of January invoking problems with DPD delivery service and BREXIT -- promised to myself never again order from them
But 3 MONTHS later on 13 April, I placed a order again and same thing happened: paid, order got confirmation and after 3 weeks FRAGRANCE D cancelled again on me invoking the same problem with DPD delivery service and BREXIT.
If you're from outside UK due yourself a service and don't waste time ordering with FRAGRANCE DIRECT!

Avoid this company at all costs, poor packaging and charge postage over £75 arrived all crushed, Sean online chat arrogant and NO closure to my concerns, See other reviews on Trustpilot UK, AVOID This company at all costs.
Try other online companies Amazon UK etc far superior service.
